Transport House, Sydney
Transport House, originally built in 1938 for the New South Wales Department of Motor Transport, and known as Transport House, this classic art deco building has undergone a complete A$30 million refurbishment by Mulpha Australia and is now one of Sydney’s most prestigious business addresses. At current, the fully leased building provides 7 levels of office accommodation, with the northern side of the building benefiting from extensive Sydney Harbour views.
Norwest Marketown, NSW
Norwest Marketown is an enclosed neighbourhood shopping centre located in the heart of the Hills District Community. Sanctuary Cove Marina, QLD
Sanctuary Cove Marina is a tranquil 303 berth marina located in the heart of Sanctuary Cove Marine Village offering long term, short-term and day berthing options. For the last 30 years, Sanctuary Cove Marina has been the home of world-renowned event, Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, hosted in May each year.
In 2020, Mulpha completed an $11 million upgrade of the Marina including a dedicated superyacht pier and Australia’s first undercover berths.

Station Road is a key north-south route through Brimbank and connected with the Western Highway to the south and Melton Road in the North.
Enacon Parking
Enacon Parking is Mulpha’s car park operation and facilities management business that was established in 1979. The Enacon management team has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of parking including management and operations at 5-star hotels, hospitals, airports, shopping centres. In 1990, Enacon Parking was awarded a contract by the NSW State Government to design, finance, construct and operate the Sydney Opera House Parking Station. Construction was completed in 1993 and Enacon Parking sold this operation in March 2005.
Soak City Car Wash
Soak City Car Wash is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mulpha Australia and formally a division of Enacon Parking. The newly rebranded Soak City Car Wash launched in 2020 with the first state of the art car wash located at Marketown Norwest. Since then, the business has rapidly expanded with six sites opening and coming soon across the east coast of Australia including Melton South, Mordialloc, Preston and Brunswick in Victoria.
