Originally built in 1938 for the New South Wales Department of Motor Transport, and known as Transport House, this classic art deco building has undergone a complete A$30 million refurbishment by Mulpha Australia and is now one of Sydney’s most prestigious business addresses.

Mulpha acquired the historic building in 2004 as part of its acquisition of another of Mulpha’s major assets, the adjacent InterContinental Sydney, and has worked closely over the years with the Heritage Council on the painstaking rebirth of what is one of Australia’s most significant historic buildings.

Sanctuary Cove Marina and Marine Village

The Marine Village
 is nestled in the 474 hectare residential enclave of Sanctuary Cove. Offering over 15 restaurants and harbourside cafes as well as a range of specialty shops including fashion boutiques, art gallery, homewares and jewellery, The Marine Village provides endless surprises. Sanctuary Cove Marina is a tranquil 238 berth marina located in the heart of Sanctuary Cove Marine Village offering long term, short-term and day berthing options.

For the last 30 years, Sanctuary Cove Marina has been the home of world renowned event, Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, hosted in May each year.

Norwest Marketown

Lexington Service Centre


Lexington Service Centre is a mixed use asset comprising warehousing, office and service retail on a substantial 2.8ha site with associated parking for 170 cars.
