Mulpha Funds Management
Mulpha Funds Management is the wholly-owned funds management platform of Mulpha Australia Ltd.
It is the trustee of Mulpha Real Estate Debt Fund (“MREDF”) – an unregistered, wholesale Australian unit trust. The Fund provides Unitholders with the opportunity to access returns from a diversified portfolio of Australian real estate-related investments of a debt financing nature, fixed income and cash, and aims to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns to Unitholders. The Fund has made accumulative investments worth more than $420,000,000 and assisted in providing funding solutions for more than 57 real estate projects. The Fund has zero capital loss since its inception.
It has got substantial experience and a strong track record in the management of complying investments under the Significant Investor Visa (SIV) program since 2014.
Mulpha Funds Management holds an Australian Financial Services (AFS) License (No. 488 493) issued by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.

Multiple Capital provides property development and construction loans throughout Australia & New Zealand with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. Multiple Capital draws upon the deep property and finance expertise of its shareholders to assess and manage investments in first and second ranking mortgage investments in the CRE sector, and thereby deliver attractive risk adjusted returns to investors and tailored mortgage lending solutions to borrowers.
Founded in 2017, Multiple Capital was established to fill the funding gap in the property debt market and provide investors with access to first and second mortgage investment opportunities which has been underwritten by Mulpha Finance since its inception.
