Greg Shaw
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER,
MULPHA INTERNATIONAL
As CEO of Mulpha International, Greg has had over 25 years’ experience as CEO of listed businesses in Australia, including as CEO of Ardent Leisure, one of Australia’s largest leisure and hospitality owners.
Greg has extensive management experience across a range of industry sectors, including education, leisure, entertainment, property, and finance sectors. Greg qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Gavin Sutton
Chief Financial Officer
Gavin is a finance executive with over 25 years experience. Prior to joining Mulpha, he spent 11 years in senior finance roles at Mirvac Group working across investment, asset management, development and funds management. Gavin is a qualified Chartered Accountant and spent 16 years at PwC providing assurance and advisory services to complex organisations with a strong focus on property and related sectors.
As Chief Financial Officer at Mulpha, Gavin oversees all financial aspects of the company. His responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, capital management, risk management and audit, treasury, tax, financial reporting and commercial finance. He plays a key role in ensuring sound financial management and strategic decision-making across the group.

Andrew Hall
HEAD OF REAL ESTATE
Andrew has over 25 year’s real estate experience working across investment, development, asset management streams and investing through debt and equity capital structures.
Now Head of Real Estate for Mulpha, Andrew is responsible for the strategic direction, growth and profitability of the Groups extensive Real Estate portfolio and pipeline.
Andrew is also an Investment Committee member of our Funds Management business, of Multiple Capital Investment Partners Debt Fund and a Responsible Manager of the Groups AFSL.
Andrew has had prior roles at FKP, BT Funds Management and Arthur Andersen.

Patrick Lonergan
HEAD OF HOTELS, HOSPITALITY & LEISURE
Patrick is a highly experienced, entrepreneurial and accomplished Director of Hotels with 30 years’ success developing strategy and managing operations in the dynamic hotel and hospitality industry. He has a strong track record building, engaging and leading high-performance teams, managing and developing people to continually deliver improved business outcomes, while driving revenue gains, service excellence, and market share within hotels. Prior to joining Mulpha, Patrick was Director of Doma Hotels for 10 years and held a variety of Senior Leadership roles at Rydges Hotels & Resorts for 11 years. His expertise in hotel operations, hotel development, valuation, acquisition, project management and proactive stake holder engagement brings a wealth of knowledge to Mulpha’s extensive hotel, leisure and hospitality portfolio.

Joshua Bolot
HEAD OF PRINCIPAL INVESTMENTS & CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Joshua has over 20 years of experience across investment banking, corporate advisory and private equity. Prior to joining Mulpha in February 2021, Joshua was a Principal at Monash Private Capital for over 8 years where he was involved in a wide range of deals from family-owned businesses through to publicly listed and multinational corporations, spanning start-up ventures through to complex corporate restructuring transactions.
Joshua began his career at Deutsche Bank (Auckland and Sydney), followed by 9 years at Investec Bank (Sydney, Johannesburg and London). He has undertaken transactions across a number of industries, with a particular strength in general industrial and consumer discretionary sectors.
Joshua has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance (1st Class Honours in Finance) from the University of Auckland.

Ros Reeves
EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER,
PEOPLE & CULTURE
Ros has over 20 years’ experience in corporate human resources and talent strategy. She spent much of her career as a Global HR Director in Media and Advertising working on diverse projects focused on organisational growth, acquisitions and mergers. Recently, Ros ran her own HR Consultancy working across sports administration, property development and facilities management, hospitability and human services. Ros has a firm understanding of Australian employment law and international employment practices, having played a key role in working with a variety of CEOs, leadership teams and Boards developing people, culture and development strategies across a range of industries, organisations and cultures, focusing on leadership development, workforce planning, diversity, talent acquisition, organisational development, succession planning, workplace and industrial relations, workplace health and safety and wellness.

Naomi McRae
General Manager,
Legal, Governance & Compliance
Naomi is a senior legal counsel and company secretary with over 20 years’ experience and extensive experience advising senior management and board of directors. Naomi’s legal expertise and experience is broad and diverse and encompasses legal risk management, ensuring strong corporate governance, regulatory change and compliance and a range of corporate and commercial matters and projects.

Annelle Paemaa
General Manager,
IT & Business Systems
Annelle (Nelly) leads all aspects of information technology at Mulpha. She has brought digital transformation, collaboration, and integration to a wide range of business systems across various entities and verticals. Nelly has also been recognised for her innovation and influence being recognised in Australia’s CIO50 2021 and 2022 which celebrates the achievements of Australia’s top 50 technology and digital chiefs. Supporting rapid growth and expansion within her role Annelle brings a commercial approach that strives to assist both business and employees to work efficiently in the IT space.

Sean Milne
General Manager,
Group Risk & Audit
Sean leads the Risk and Internal audit department across the Mulpha group. Sean joined Mulpha in January 2021 and was most recently Head of ERM with Scentre Group. Sean has over 17 years of experience in the risk and audit space, having worked for listed multi-national organisations across a variety of industries (real estate, FMCG, developments, food service, electronics, media, and manufacturing).
Since joining, he’s increased, both, the breadth and depth of the Group’s risk management assurance activities, delivering engagements across the key risk and operating divisions.

Say Kien Lim
Chief of Staff
Say Kien has over 25 years of working experience and has held various finance leadership roles in managing investment, property development, hospitality and leisure and gaming operation.
In her capacity, she is a key support to the Chairman, ensuring effective communication, coordination, verification and project management of his priorities and the priorities of key management personnel within the Australian and Malaysian operations, together with the Chairman’s external key business contacts. She works closely with the Chaiman in making meaningful impact on the communities the Chairman and the business serves in this region.
Prior to joining the Group in December 2008, she was with Magnum Corporation Berhad, a Malaysian public listed company from 1995 to 2008 where she managed all aspects of treasury and financial management for Magnum group. Say Kien holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Strathclyde Graduate School of Business, Scotland and a Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Accounting & Finance) from University of New South Wales, Australia. She is a fellow member of the Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) Australia and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Marc Lee
General Manager,
Malaysia
Marc is actively involved in strategic and risk planning for the Mulpha Group, implementing high-value transactions and corporate exercises. Additionally, he oversees Mulpha’s headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and master planning and township management of the iconic 1,700 acre Leisure Farm Resort in Johor, Malaysia.
Marc obtained his Bachelor of Laws from King’s College London and was admitted as a Barrister of the Inner Temple, London and subsequently an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Prior to joining Mulpha, he practiced law in public and private M&A, take overs, joint ventures, and foreign investment at a Tier 1 regional law firm.
