The Hotel School Sydney is a unique partnership between Mulpha Australia Limited and Southern Cross University.

The Hotel School Sydney is located in the heart of Sydney's central business district with Sydney Harbour, the Sydney Opera House and Botanical Gardens close by.

The school campus occupies the former home of The University and Schools Club formed in 1905 by graduates of Sydney University, where gentlemen graduates from any university could gather and share common interests.

The Hotel School Sydney enjoys a close working relationship with a number of hotels and resorts in Australia and overseas. It accommodates state-of-the-art lighting and wireless technology appropriate for a teaching and learning environment. Features include 3 dedicated lecture rooms with the latest audio visual equipment, a computer laboratory and reference library/study area, a fully functional bar/lounge for everyday use and a boardroom/tutor room/private dining room for food and beverage training.

The Hotel School Sydney offers a 3-year Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management, with advance standing to suitable candidates. Students may exit the program after the first, second or third years with an accredited qualification (Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor of Business).

The courses available focus on hotel operational skills, management practice in the tourism and hospitality industries and skills needed for continued learning in a changing global business environment.
